Mindfulness Mentoring

One to One Tuition

Home visit from £45

Skype or telephone tuition £30 for an hour

I support my clients on their journey through Mindfulness, on a one to one basis or via Skype or telephone.  The 4 week course includes one meeting or Skype call per week as well as a mid-week review of progress via email.

​

You will learn to utilise the variety of skills and practices of Mindfulness to specific challenging areas of your life. These practices include simple guided meditations, focusing on the breath and tools that allow us to catch negative thought patterns.

​

In each session we will learn one or more aspects from each of these practices and how we can embed them in our daily activities. I support you each step of the way, as incorporating Mindfulness into every day life requires commitment for long lasting change.

As I progressed through the weeks I found myself automatically being more mindful during my daily activities and it subsequently had a much more calming effect on me.

 Mindful Massage Workshop

​

Massage workshops are offered at the The Stables in Whitchurch -on- Thames, or private venues such as the home or workplace. Massage is for everyone, from couples, to families to small groups of friends. Workshops can vary from 3 - 5 hours

​

After years of clients asking to learn about basic massage techniques to use at home on friends and family, I'm very excited to now offer this fun and informal workshop! The massage is practised seated and focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck and head - all the areas we tend to hold most of our tension.

 

Some participants prefer to book with a friend, partner or someone that they feel comfortable massaging. Modesty is protected at all times with the use of sarongs and towels. Included in the workshop are simple breathing and meditation techniques, gentle yogic stretching, oils and light refreshments. 

 

Spaces are limited to 8-10 people. Please contact me to book your place.

I fully enjoyed Christy’s massage and wellbeing workshop, her calm instructions and vibes really helped. It was a nice and relaxing experience; combining catching up with friends and both giving and receiving touch.

Rahanni Celestial Healing is a complementary healing modality much needed for the times we live in.  Learn to channel this beautiful healing heart energy and help yourself and others to release anything which no longer serves, leaving us free to grow and ascend in our lives.

Christy is a wonderful therapist both of massage and Rahanni. Having received Rahanni from Christy I was delighted to be her first pupil to be attuned into being a practitioner when she became a teacher. She is kind and compassionate and I thoroughly recommend her both as a therapist and as a teacher/ practitioner of the wonderful Rahanni energy.

Learn how to teach and attune others to Practitioner Level 1 and to Teaching Level 2 in this comprehensive one day workshop.  The attunement to Teaching Level 2 will raise your spiritual vibration further and accelerate your spiritual growth.

Wellness Retreats

Cultivating health and healing in your own home

Our wellness programs are designed to give you experiences and tools that will develop your awareness, reconnect mind and body, and bring you back into balance. A truly holistic experience of self-nurturing involving gentle stretching, an introduction to mindfulness, breathing practices and self-care techniques to cultivate calm and stillness.  Included in the day is a unique opportunity to give and receive seated massage. The massage is practised seated and focuses on the upper back, shoulders, and neck - all the areas we tend to hold most of our tension and stress. (Modesty is protected at all times with the use of sarongs and towels, or can be practiced without oils.)

Our Wellness days are recommended to all people from all walks of life who seek health and healing, with time to reflect and rejuvenate.

An example of a typical program for 6 people is as follows: (times can be adjusted according to the group)

 

 Standard Wellness Program

Approx. 4.5hrs (including lunch day ending around 3:00pm)

£75 per person

9-9:30  Welcome drink and introduction to Mindfulness

​

9:30-10:30  Yogic stretch, Breathing practices and seated Meditation

​

10:45-12:30  Seated Massage (45 min each of giving and receiving)

​

12:45-1:15  Yoga Nidra Meditation

​

1:30  Lunch (a variety of locally sourced, home cooked nourishing meals)

​

​

Program including Pilates or Yoga

​

Approx 5.5 hrs plus lunch

£95 per person

​

9-9:30 Welcome drink and introduction to Mindfulness

​

9:30-10:30 Yogic stretch, Breathing practices and seated Meditation

​

10:45-12:30 Seated Massage (45 min each of giving and receiving)

​

12:45 Lunch (a variety of locally sourced, home cooked nourishing meals)

​

2:15 – 3:15 Pilates (restorative)

​

3:15 - 3:45 Meditation

​

​

Program including Massage treatment and bespoke Pilates or Yoga 

​

Approx 4.5 hrs (including lunch, day ending 3ish)

£120 per person

​

4 people only – due to the small size of the group, the Pilates session is offered to 2 guests at a time and can be tailored to specific needs. Bespoke massage therapy is also provided.
